The headcount chart provides user a quick view of a company's headcount at any point of time. You can analyze the years of service structure of your organization by using the overview of years of service headcount report.
The minority and the majority of the years of service in a job group and the years of service gap in a job group or a cost center can be seen clearly from this overview. By using this report, it will help you to have a proper planning for your organization in the future, especially in allocation of bonus or annual leave entitlements.
Data can be presented in two layout options, that is Columns or Pie. For each layout, a user can choose different manners of record grouping. In addition to record grouping, the user can apply filtering, by selecting a range of cost centers or job groups.

You have the choice between two different types of layouts. You can choose from:
You can group the overview on cost centre and job group.
You can print the overview by selecting a range of cost centers or a single cost center. The graph will be printed based on the employees who have been attached to the selected cost centre.
You can also print the overview based on the job group selection. The employees who are attached to the selected job group will be printed in the overview.
Select this check box to display all employees of the type Employee.
Select this check box to display all employees of the type Student.
Select this check box to display all employees of the type Contractor.
Select this check box to display all employees of the type Temporary.
Select this check box to display all employees of the status Active.
Select this check box to display all employees of the status Inactive.
You can define a range years of service groups that you wish to do the analysis on. There are two standard ways to define the years of service groups:
